What to Expect
Be a willing ear
Often, patients will wander in and browse while they wait for procedures. The impact we have when we strike up a simple conversation is immense. If you have the gift of gab, this is the position for you.
A Creative & Social Space
This role is perfect for those who love to be creative and social. You get to interact with a wide range of people and take pride in creating a warm, beautiful space for them to enjoy.
Keep the Sparkle
A big part of the magic is making the shop look its best. You'll help with light merchandising, which includes restocking popular items and keeping the displays tidy and inviting.

Most of our roles ask for one shift a week, which usually lasts about four hours. We're pretty flexible, though, and know that life happens! We'll work with you to find a schedule that fits. The main commitment we ask for is a willingness to share a smile—that's non-negotiable!

If you have a pulse and a kind heart, you're more than qualified! We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else. Whether you're a seasoned pro at customer service or your main skill is being able to untangle knotted headphones, we have a spot for you. We provide all the training you'll need.

We get it, life is busy! You can still be a superhero for the hospital without wearing one of our volunteer vests. Every time you buy a 50/50 ticket at our booth or pick up a gift from our shop, you're making a huge contribution. Spreading the word about our work helps, too!
